Founded in 2019, The Eastern Iowa Cigar Appreciation Society (EICAS) has held regular events in the Corridor to raise money for Eastern Iowa not-for-profits and to provide a venue for cigar enthusiasts to enjoy quality cigars and build camaraderie.
